True Wind Coaching, LLC was founded after my entrepreneurial experience in start-up technology companies and intrerpenuerial experience in large hospitality organizations. I began my career as a Marketing Analyst at a small technical recruiting company in New York City, and was recruited only one year later to become Business Development Director at another firm in Washington DC. Like so many others who experienced the Dot-Bomb era, I quickly re-evaluated my career and entered the field of management. To complete my success and passion for management I attended the George Washington University, where I received an MBA with a focus on technology and marketing. Throughout this time I excelled in gathering requirements, uncovering clients' needs, troubleshooting technical and tactical issues, building strong relationships, and coaching peers, clients and employees to success.
